Like, I’ve been having problems with NG on mobile for years, most of the site’s UI disappeared awhile ago for me and I’ve had to navigate by guesswork.

Have you been getting an error message regarding the upload? I’ve just posted a TEST art to see if there’s an issue and it seems to be working just fine.

No error messages, it just won’t open up my albums to upload. I’ll have to charge my laptop and try it on there.
